Karen Curley is the Vice President, Client Solutions of The Leadership Development Group, she focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients and faculty, managing, coaching, consulting, and cohort-based leadership development programs and contributing to the design and delivery of innovative solutions. Karen has more than 25 years of experience as a coach, organizational consultant, trainer, and facilitator. Her career began in non-profit elder care where she discovered her knack for designing learning programs. Prior to joining TLD Group, Karen rebuilt a static training team at Dana-Farber into a sought-after internal consultancy. Karen continues to work in the academic sector as an instructor in the Division of Policy Translation and Leadership Development at the Harvard School of Public Health. Karen holds a B.A in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and both an M.S.W and M.P.H from Boston University.
