With over twenty years of cross-functional, progressive experience in organizational development, human resources, executive coaching, counseling psychology, and clinical research, Tara brings a dual perspective as both practitioner and healthcare leader. Prior to joining TLD Group, Tara earned her PhD in counseling psychology from Boston College and her MA in clinical psychology from Connecticut College.
