Joanna Jarosz

Alliance for Coaching Effectiveness

Joanna Jarosz holds an MA in economics from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Silesia. She is a thought-leader and has authored many scientific publications in the field of coaching. As the executive director of the Alliance for Coaching Effectiveness she brings research and practice together. Her model for assessing the effectiveness of coaching, the Cube of Coaching Effectiveness, offers multiple possibilities to organizations, coaches and clients.
