Jennifer Bailey-Jackson, EdD, is the associate academic director, Master’s Thesis/Pre-Dissertation course, at the University of Pennsylvania in the Graduate School of Education, Chief Learning Officer Program. She is also the COO/clinical and business practice administrator with Heritage Inter-Med, PLLC, and Nava MedSpa in Cedar Hill, Texas. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has worked as a nursing instructor, clinical educator, and executive leader in learning, talent management, and workforce and leadership development in the healthcare industry. She coaches healthcare and nonhealthcare organizations with strategic planning and implementation. She believes that what truly drives organizational success is not simply how well operational processes and budgets are managed, but rather how well the passions and talents of people within organizations are developed. Jennifer earned a BS and MS in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Woman’s University, respectively, and an EdD from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Education, Chief Learning Officer Program. Jennifer lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, Larry; they share four adult children and five grandchildren.
