Kendall Mealy is an outgoing professional with a passion for fostering relationships and developing talent. She currently serves as the Chief People Officer at the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), the only national organization representing physician assistant educational programs in the United States. She is responsible for designing and implementing a talent development strategy and oversees staff learning, development, and engagement. In her role, Kendall is developing the association’s first ever capabilities model, which will guide development and performance management. Kendall holds several certifications, including the Leadership Challenge® certified master distinction, Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team, and the Brain Aware® Leader. She has served on the Association for Talent Development Forum Advisory Group (AG), helping set the direction and champion the Forum’s vision. A service-oriented leader, Kendall has over 13 years in the non-profit and government sector. Prior to her time at PAEA, Kendall worked for Congress, focusing on veteran's and military affairs. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from the University of Virginia, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University. She is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
