Harlina is the Regional Learning Consultant and Communities Manager for the Asia Pacific region. She is a multidisciplinary professional with domain expertise in organization culture, learning and organization development, executive coaching, and leadership journeys.
Her corporate career spans over two decades wherein she worked in senior Sales, HR, and Learning leadership positions with global organizations such as GE, Xerox, and Reliance Industries. She has worked across multiple industries and has a deep understanding of manufacturing, technology, banking, and services businesses. Harlina has lived and worked across the US, UK, India, China, Singapore, and Australia.
Harlina holds a post-graduation degree in English literature, is Bachelor of Science, and a certificate holder in Culture from London Business School and Digital Marketing from RMIT Australia. She is accredited in business and learning instruments as six sigma, project management, CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) from ATD, coaching, and is a practitioner of several psychometric behavioral tools.
She has been a faculty with KPMG and Korn Ferry, a board member for Skillsoft, and an advisor with SHRM. Is a two-time TEDx speaker, has facilitated over 500 workshops, and clocked in more than 3000 hours of coaching as an International Coaching Federation PCC coach. Her passion and pride are in having built and nurtured several communities of practice whose core focus is to help everyone become the “best version of themselves.
Harlina is an Insights faculty, designs and delivers several programs across the employee life cycle. She consults with clients to help them unleash the power of self-awareness.
Harlina is based out of Melbourne, is a marathon runner, loves hiking, and is training to go to the Everest Base Camp. She volunteers for Beyond Blue (Australia’s mental health and well-being NGO supported by the Federal Government) to spread the message of self-awareness and self-care.
