Laura van den Ouden is owner and trainer for Expert Trainers, a trainingcompany in the Netherlands. With over 25 years’ experience in Didactics, Laura designs and implements Train-the-Trainer programs for corporate universities and international organizations. Laura was named Netherlands Trainer of the Year 2020. She wrote 6 books including bestseller ‘E-Book 100 Online Workingmethods’. In 2021 Laura was named 1 of 20 HRD Thoughtleaders to follow by Dutch Magazine for Organisational Development.
