Using a free online puzzle tool, you will select primary and secondary functions for developing talent to meet your organization's strategic objectives and ensure your team has the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

  • Experience the functions in the ATD talent development framework hands-on.
  • Build a customized TD framework that prioritizes learning and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Develop an action plan to engage leaders and senior executives in using the framework.
