In this interactive session, you’ll participate in five improv exercises, learn to implement them, and engage in powerful debriefing questions to make learning relevant.
Learning Objectives:
Define behaviors of psychological safety, the premise of improv, and how improv strengthens soft skills for stronger teams.
Design and implement five improv exercises to address specific organizational learning objectives.
Facilitate debriefing questions after each exercise to translate learning to the workplace.
