SkillGym is an AI Digital Role Play platform designed for soft skills development. It enables the creation of AI-driven Digital Role Play scenarios for structured practice in compelling conversations and encourages reflection on the impact of behaviors. The platform includes authoring features for designing personalized AI Digital Role Play scenarios, utilizing the support of GenAI.

Beyond being an authoring tool, SkillGym functions as a learning methodology grounded in Neurosciences. It provides a secure virtual space for practicing soft conversational skills, with scenarios that can be built to support various topics like Leadership, Team management, DE&I, Sales, Customer Service, etc..

Incorporating advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Natural Language Recognition, SkillGym facilitates a seamless scenario design process for trainers and an authentic interaction experience for learners. In SkillGym practice sessions, learners engage in conversations with Digital Humans, not avatars or puppets, using natural language. The platform monitors tone of voice and emotions expressed during interactions, identifying behaviors and managing the digital humans in real time (in accordance with their specific profiles and with no-human in the loop) to have a natural flow of the conversation.

SkillGym generates extensive behavioral metrics and data, which are employed to provide meaningful feedback to learners as essential part of the training session. This feedback aims to stimulate self-reflection and activate the sensemaking process, contributing to their individual soft skills development.
