Whether we are talking organizational change, like activating strategies or anchoring new culture, or individual change, like learning new competencies and behavior, we believe the challenge is fundamentally the same: We must guide people to connect with a message, reflect on how they can make a difference, and empower them to act.

We all want a meaningful working life, where we contribute and make a difference, and experience a sense of community and trust. That’s why involvement is always central to our approach. We strive to create solutions with people and not for people. 

Workz is a Danish based change agency working with leadership development, training and learning. We create room for transformative conversations and playful experiences, and we strive to help people find meaning, learn, develop and change mindsets.  

We are a cross-disciplinary team of experienced consultants, designers, writers, facilitators, and support staff, with a global network of like-minded partners. We utilize our unique combination of organizational understanding and creativity to focus on the human side of change to help our clients achieve sustainable success.  

To achieve this, we design games, leadership simulations and processes that bridge the gap between knowing and doing by turning reflection into action.
