For over 10 years, Prepr has partnered with NGOs, governments, and businesses across Canada and beyond to create meaningful impact for recent graduates, job seekers, and employees alike. It also offers a tailored suite of programming to help organizations and their human resource teams foster a culture of innovation through personal and professional development.

Prepr, co-founded by Canadian entrepreneurs, was established to address educational inequality. Inspired by the journey of immigrating to Canada from places where access to education was limited by privilege, its founders recognized the urgent need to level the playing field and pay-it-forward.

Prepr’s mission is clear: to democratize access to education, breaking down barriers regardless of one’s background or circumstances.
