We are the industry expert in applying and providing training on the Systematic Approach to Training (the SAT process). Our team combines an eclectic mix of expertise: in-depth knowledge of instructional systems, facilitating small group meetings needed to work with subject matter experts, a working knowledge of system operations, and strong project management.

For 25 years, QTS has designed, developed, administered, and maintained dozens of training programs to satisfy the requirements of safety and compliance standards. QTS has produced the full range of materials needed to support such standards, including job task analysis (JTA), training designs, training materials, and policy/procedure documents. We work closely with our clients to provide the customized assistance and advice that is needed to make sure that every client’s project is successful.
