After 25 years as Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture, Matt Smith launched TXC Talent Enterprises in March of 2024. Over the past three years, TXC has delved into the realms of philosophy, psychology, artificial intelligence and more to re-imagine the future of Leadership. Additionally, we've delved into the last quarter century of leadership training and management practices.
