Bob's professional journey commenced in 1985 as an Account Manager at Xerox Learning Systems/Achieve Global, overseeing accounts in the New England market for Fortune 500 organizations. He then transitioned to Revenue Lab/ONYX Software as Director of Sales/Co-founder until 2002. Following this, he co-founded and served as Managing Director at DQI LLC from 2002 to 2015
His recent stint as SVP of Global Strategic Accounts at NoVo Ed Corp, which Fidelity Investments acquired in 2019, saw him catering to esteemed clients like Goldman Sachs, Comcast, General Electric, Vanguard, Fidelity, Volvo, PerkinElmer A, PWC, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain.
Bob Cronin holds a degree in marketing from Suffolk University, completed before 1980, and obtained certification as an ASU+GSV Summit Attendee from ASU+GSV Summit in April 2022.
