Her goal is to guide customers toward the right solutions to meet their L&D needs with custom learning and off-the-shelf learning technology to ensure the utmost success and maximize employee learning outcomes. Prior to ELB, Jaime spent 20 years in business development, consulting, sales, and strategic partnerships working with Fortune 500 brands to bring them new solutions, leading technology, and building collaborative relationships. Jaime is a graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
