Suzie Bishop

Vice President of Product Development
The Center for Leadership Studies

Suzie Bishop is an established leader in the field of workplace education and leadership development. She started at The Center for Leadership Studies in 2012 in a marketing capacity and has served as the driving force for revitalizing the legacy brand, which has experienced exponential growth, including recognition as a Top 20 Leadership Training Company on Training Industry’s annual list from 2015–2023. In 2019, Suzie transitioned from marketing to product development, where she currently serves as the vice president of product development and leads the design and development of innovative, experiential learning solutions. In 2021, she led the Product Technology Strategy Initiative, which has been a catalyst for cross-functional alignment and the development of CLS’s next-generation leadership training programs, Situational Leadership Essentials and Situational Performance Ownership. Suzie is passionate about her current leadership role and is dedicated to the development and support of future leaders. She is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) through Training Industry, has been recognized by Elliot Masie as a Thirty Under Thirty Leader, and most recently, in May, as a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches with the sponsorship of Alan Mulally and Sarah McArthur.
