Lead Instructional Designer
Econometrica, Inc.

Sarah Gillam is the lead instructional designer at Econometrica, Inc., creating training in a variety of modalities for Federal government agencies and other clients. Her favorite projects involve using her deep knowledge of how people learn to create training that is engaging, accessible, and effective for the intended audience. She enjoys exploring new technologies, listening to audiobooks that help her understand herself and her fellow humans better, and competing against herself in CrossFit.
