L&D professionals often find themselves balancing delivering content that has an impact on organizational performance and providing employees with an engaging learning experience. In this session, we plan to present on the three Es of employee experience in L&D. We will discuss ways L&D professionals can design training that is effective, efficient, and contributes to ease of learning. We will also discuss metrics that can be used to help L&D professionals demonstrate how the three Es can have an impact on your organization’s L&D strategy.
