With spreadsheets, it’s nearly impossible to roll out performance programs that define role competencies in usable development plans, assess capabilities and link relevant courses, create a two-way dialogue between the learner and leader, and decrease leader performance biases. Disconnected learning and performance programs waste energy, time, and resources. In this session, Acorn will show how its performance learning management system (PLMS) links performance and learning to eliminate spreadsheets, improve performance conversations, and increase content adoption.
