In this session, I explore how The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Environmental Justice Executive Order No. 12,898 (EJEO) provides government agencies, regulatory decision makers, and government-focused learning and development professionals with a framework to predict (and mitigate) negative impacts of policy.
