Come learn an 8-step evaluation-focused instructional design framework that uses evaluation criteria to inform curriculum. We'll cover infusing evaluation throughout the instructional design process, including establishing evaluation criteria, creating evaluation instruments, and ensuring that courses deliver value-add business results.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify how business challenges can be achieved through learning programs.
  • Establish evaluation criteria at four levels: reactions, learning, application and behavior, and results and impact.
  • Design and develop a curriculum aligned with business goals.
