The Plot Thinkens

The Plot Thinkens is a structured decision practice game that draws on the tacit knowledge of experts to hone the cognitive skills of everyone. It takes advantage of tools for managing expertise and principles from cognitive science.

How It Works: One player takes up the ‘Hot Seat,’ making quick decisions and plans in the face of emergent scenarios – which other players design on-the-fly! Expert GameMasters lead, and a mix of pros and newbies take up the Hot Seat or scenario creator roles.

Two decks drive the action. Information cards prompt dynamic scenarios, while Questions cards help the GameMaster present cognitive challenges. There are no right answers. Just lots of dilemmas to face and uncertainty to manage!
