Byte-Sized DEI Learning (Demo at our booth!): This course of 10 online modules is broken into “byte sized” asynchronous lessons of 5-10 minutes, offering a self-paced learning option to be completed as learners’ schedules permit. Each lesson includes a video overview, as well as one or more interactive knowledge checks. This series offers a comparable amount of learning time to longer modules delivered by a facilitator, but with increased flexibility for those whose schedules may not be conducive to longer, scheduled workshops. 

Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations® Certification Program: This is our signature 3-day certification program based on Mary-Frances Winters’ books We Can’t Talk about That at Work: How to Talk about Race, Religion, Politics and Other Polarizing Topics and Inclusive Conversations. We have two public offerings this year – June and September. We also offer private programs for organizations.

The emPOWERment Institute™: This is a transformational 9-month leadership development program for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) professionals who aspire to leadership roles and want to grow the skillset, mindset, and heartset to lead diverse teams with courage while unapologetically showing up as their authentic selves. This leadership development program centers the unique experiences of BIPOC individuals, empowering them to grow their capacity to lead effectively. 

The DEI Strategy Academy: This 6-week virtual learning experience will prepare you to create equity- and justice-centered DEI strategic plans for your organization.
